Quality and Cleanliness As my title describes, these are the two points I look for when visiting an establishment. And I found both at the Happy Baker on Dundonald and Smythe St. I was immediately assisted and chose their awesome sourdough bread which is made using their own natural sourdough starter- something that is loaded with health benefits and hard to find! At the last minute i decided to take a mini mincemeat pie and I can say that it was an incredible treat. The crust was a rich butter shortbread and the filling was obviously homemade and perfectly seasoned, just too perfect. I looked around and could see how clean the floors, counters, glass cases and tables were so that is a reflection on the people who own and operate a business. I loved everything about the place.
